Appearance[]
She has appearance of Ortensia except that she has a lot of eyes on her eye socket, her right eye is white while her left eye is yellow. She also has a spider around her body and there is cobweb near her hands and skirt.
Behaviour[]
She starts on Storage Room and will make her own direct path to your Office, if she reach your Office you must use the "Camera" to fend off her away (to more information about "Camera" mechanics, see Slime Pinocchio) If you look at her for too long on your monitor, she will cover your CCTV with the cobwebs and spiders.

- She is one of the character that able to block your CCTV.
- If you click her roster in "Custom Night" she will say "Arachnophobia is a specific phobia brought about by the irrational fear of spiders and other arachnids such as scorpions"
- She was planned to appear on your Office desk with her spiders and you have to click it if you see one of the spiders. This was scrapped because the developer didn't want to add more character that start at your Office.
- Her mind is actually controlled by the spiders.
- She was originally to have a scorpion on her body.
- Her jumpscare sound is a mix of a jumpscare sound from one of the fantasy animatronics from Jolly 1, a paulstretched low-pitched Oswald jumpscare sound from FNaTI 2: Legacy Edition, and a low-pitched FNaF 3 Jumpscare sound.
