Appearance
He appears to be Willy, except with his captains hat on.
Behavior
He only appears if the player types in the code " Captain" on the main menu. Willy will then get his captain hat on. His mechanics are the same as his normal self.
Locations
He starts in the Lounge, and then goes to the office.
Trivia
He was put in as an easter egg just for a good addition.
