He looks very damaged. His ear edges can be seen chopped off. He has many white eyes in the background of his eyes, he still keeps his red eyes though. Blood can be seen streaming from his neck and onto his body.
Behaviour
He starts in Tom's Sanctuary then CP1, Bathroom, Character Prep 2 and Meat Freezer before appearing in the office. The player needs to shut off a camera otherwise he will kill the player.
