Retarded True Mickey is a joke character from Abandoned: Discovery Island.

Retarded True Mickey looks similar to his normal counterpart, but he is stretched out. Also he has his big ears and very big eyes, so he can see everything.

If the player manages to beat the first phase of Joke Night 6, the player will be greeted with his dialogue:
- "Well done, Jake"
- "You beat your night, right?"
- "But you know that it isn't over yet"
- "Let's make this night a little harder, right?"
Then the final boss will appear, and Megalovania will start playing in the background. His starting health is 9000 HP. He moves randomly on the island, appearing on every cams. Once he entered your office on any sides, you must find him where he is located, and punch him. This decreases his HP by 500%. If you don't do this in time, he will eventually kill you, ending the run. He can also summon Retarded Mickey and Retarded Suicide Mouse to distract you. Once his HP is empty, the cutscene will begin with the following dialogue, showing him shaking on the screen:
- "IMPOSSIBLE!"
- "YOU COULDN'T BEAT THE F@#$ING S@#$ OF ME!"
- "Well congrats Jake. You won."
- "But you will know that this isn't over yet."
- "Or is it?"
- "Ok. I'm ded now."
- "Bye bye little moron!"
Then the screen will go black, showing him defeated, and the player will be greeted with an ending screen, saying: "YOU ARE THE WINNER!", playing Half-Life Credits song in the background, and roll credits will appear.

He serves at the final boss of Night 6, but much more retarded. He will start from Character Prep 1 then teleport to Meat Freezer and finally reach your Office. The only way to avoid him, is to use gun to repel him. Failure to do so will result in a stupid joke, squishing you to death. If you defeat him by surviving till 6 AM, he will be defeated for sure, and you will be taken back to title screen.

- He is also voiced by Oddcast Daniel
- In the new version, he doesn't speak at all. Just making random noises.
- His screech is a loud version of "You're Dead!" quote. It was also voiced by Daniel.
- But this was changed on the new version.
- His jumpscare is poorly made, since he is retarded.
- But now, he has a death screen instead of jumpscare.
- He is one of the bloated True Mickeys, the others are Cancer Mickey.
- The version of Megalovania playing during the final boss, is the Undertale version. It is unexplained why, but the creator likes Undertale.
- Sometimes he can be seen on cameras being eyeless, and his head blocking the view, or at different places.
- He is the only character to not be included on Custom Night and Infinite Night after beating him.
- He doesn't appear on Character Prep 2, Caverns Entrance and The Roof for some reason.
