He appears to look very different to the original pain, He has blue skin and is and at the back he has weird eye like texture and is similar to the unfinished suit Dark Oswald.
Behavior
He only appears when you turn the power off.When you here moaning flash the light and keeping holding it until you spott Pain otherwise he will jumpscare the player with his killscreen crashing the game.
