Description
Twisted Acephalous is a fan-made antagonist in Abandoned: Discovery Island
Appearance
He is similar to his normal counterpart, but he has 2 heads attached to his shoulders with Red and Blue gleaming eyes. Instead of hands, he has bloody knives. His feet are replaced with 2 large spikes. his body seems to be full of rips and tears.
Behavior
He starts in the Meat Freezer then Character Prep 1
then to the Storage Room then to Character Prep 2 and then to the office. The player needs to hide under their desk to get rid of him.
